About Marilyn MacCrakin
I love photography because it always surprises me. I like to merge portraits with photos of nature because the process always has unexpected results. I have created scenes giving Mother Nature a voice and a cause. I have created portraits that bring Shakespearean characters to life. I have been lucky enough to win several awards in the Photography and Fine Arts Exhibition at the California State Fair. I have had Editor Favorites on Your Shot the National Geographic Website. Thanks Sharon! This is one of the first photos I ever took with my new Nikon, I think I could have focused better but I do like it!! (Mine pales compared to your sunflower photos!!) But yes, it does make me smile!
