My tribute to my favorite Beatles Song - "Blackbird" Blackbird singing in the dead of night..." - this photo was taken near the Sacramento River - the Blackbirds like to congregate there swooping and flying in the air in choreographed circles almost in rhythm to the song.

I love photography because it always surprises me. I like to merge portraits with photos of nature because the process always has unexpected results. I have created scenes giving Mother Nature a voice and a cause. I have created portraits that bring Shakespearean characters to life. Amazing capture and image, and beautiful tribute to one of my favorite songs! I have a friend who plays guitar and sings, and I always beg him to play and sing this song for me. Playing right now in my head!!
